Starter

  • Grilled asparagus and poached farm egg (with hollandaise sauce, pickled onion, toasted pumpkin seeds, arugula and crispy leeks)

Main course

  • Choucroute (with sausage, potatoes and riesling)

Dessert

  • Rhubarb tart (with burned meringue)

  • Riesling - Pinot Noir ($8 per glass)

  • Assorted beer ($4 each)
